I spent the better part of my teen years listening to bands like dc Talk, so when Toby went solo in 2001, it was a no-brainer to follow his solo career. Of course, my son, Will, ended up becoming a TobyMac fan on his own, and in November of 2018, I took him to see — and meet Toby. I had drawn this years earlier from a live photo I took at one of Toby’s shows, and I officially gave the drawing to Will to keep, and had Toby sign it to him. It was fun getting to see Will meet and interact with Toby… and of course, hear Toby’s guys tease him about drawing it himself. 😉
