Eddie from “Stranger Things 4” Freehand Colored Pencil Drawing for Album Art

If anyone follows the Netflix hit show Stranger Things, they know the new character of Eddie in Season 4 was a huge fan favorite. In 2022, when it came to picking a subject for the next “Songs We’ve Been Trying to Tell You About (and Others We Haven’t)” album cover, I found this one of him defending one of his cassettes in an episode ripe for interpretation. I drew it freehand in colored pencil on toned tan paper, then used a computer to duplicate the cover onto his cassette, and add stuff like wear and creases, scratches, stickers and the like. In addition to the above album cover art, I created three different print options for my art store that offers it as just the art, partially finished as album art, and an 8.5 x 11 “taller” version of the album art. (All of those are posted below) — oh! And if you’re interested, you can download the compilation totally free from JFHMusic.com – which has a lot of album art I enjoyed creating myself (I created all but 2 of them I believe)
