Richard Dean Anderson as “MacGyver” Colored Pencil Portrait Drawing

macgyver-copy
With the resurgence of MacGyver with the recent TV reboot, I felt inclined to draw a childhood hero again. I had drawn one or two Mac portraits back in the 90s — one for a friend’s birthday — and I was just never happy with how they turned out. I decided to try to find a picture of RDA to draw that wasn’t too overpowering with the mullet action to try to draw all in color. So this drawing above is all freehand colored pencil.

And, for the record, I watched the pilot for the reboot and it was atrocious. You just cannot replace Richard Dean Anderson.
