For the life of me, I can’t figure out why this one was never fully finished. I think, maybe, it was a timed sketch that I had done some years ago (2018 seems to be the year for these), and I decided to leave it unfinished — or, I just liked how it looked. Looking back on it, I do dig the unfinished look of her hair… but it’s Eva Mendes, c’mon… the girl deserves a proper portrait! 🙂
