What Jon Favreau and Robert Downey Jr. began with the first Iron Man film not only made me a fan of the character that I otherwise had never heard of, but had made me a fan of Marvel and the Avengers (and it made me realize Captain America is my favorite superhero!). Following my Captain America “Endgame” colored pencil drawing, I decided to do one of Iron Man from the final scenes of Avengers: Endgame. It’s a bittersweet moment, no doubt, but I’m happy with how this one turned out. Because my drawing extended past the bottom of the film frame for this image, I had to study a few frames before and after to accurately fill in the missing details of the Infinity Stones eating their way through his armor.
