If you know my work, you know I typically stick to people portraits. It’s what I enjoy most, for sure. But for this one, a customer wanted an original colored pencil drawings of their pet dogs, so I obliged. While it was fun to draw the little pooches, I have to say the background was pretty exhausting. I’d be open to more pet portraits… but maybe with no background? haha!
I drew this one entirely freehand using colored pencils. The size is 9×12 inches.
