In preparation for seeing Star Wars: The Last Jedi, I decided to do a freehand colored pencil portrait of Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker. I love these movies; I grew up on the original trilogy, so Luke has always been a hero of mine. After seeing the movie, this portrait would come to mean even more, but my main goal was to hopefully push my own limits of detailing and photorealism. I still have plenty of room for improvement, but I was mostly satisfied with how this one turned out.
