Gina Carano definitely got a raw deal with the overreactions from social media extremists. I wanted to draw a different pose for Gina as her Star Wars character Cara Dune, since so many people were doing renditions of the same images of her. I loved the look of Cara taking aim… it seemed quite appropriate given the controversy surrounding her. Hopefully we’ll see her in the Star Wars universe again someday!
