And my introduction to Evangeline Lilly was in the show LOST – a show I didn’t become a fan of myself until first watching it in its entirety on Amazon Prime or NetFlix. I’ve since watched the whole show through a couple times, and I think the more I’ve watched it, the more I loved Kate and Evangeline’s performance. I also love her in the Marvel movies as Hope / The Wasp.
I drew a similar photo of her as Kate around my first viewing of the show, which I think was 2012? But I wanted to do a newer, updated, hopefully more accurate portrait of her. This was the result – and I’m glad it turned out. 🙂 I drew this freehand with all graphite pencils.
